Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No refund as a rule
The DRS Skills Lifetime Membership is a digital good delivered instantly on successful payment. Because access is granted immediately and the downloadable Content cannot be "returned", we follow a strict no-refund policy. This is permitted for digital goods under Indian consumer law provided it is disclosed clearly and in advance, which it is in these Terms, on our checkout page, and at the point of payment.
2. Nothing to cancel
The membership is a one-time payment with no recurring fees and no subscription. There is therefore nothing to cancel, and no cancellation refund is applicable.
3. Limited exceptions where we WILL refund
We will refund the amount paid in the following specific situations:
- Duplicate payment — if our systems record two or more successful payments by the same user against the same membership within a short window. The duplicate amount will be refunded automatically to the original payment method, typically within seven (7) working days.
- Failed digital delivery — if, due to a verifiable defect on our side, your membership remains inaccessible (you cannot reach your account or download a single skill) for more than seventy-two (72) consecutive hours after payment and we are unable to restore access on request, we will refund the full amount paid.
- Unauthorized transaction — if you can show, to our reasonable satisfaction and following an investigation with Razorpay, that the payment was made without your authorization, we will refund the full amount.
Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind; not using the membership; perceived lack of value; download issues caused by your network, device or software; loss of access to your sign-in email; or failure to read these Terms before purchase.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@drscommunity.dev within seven (7) calendar days of the payment date, including:
- The order id (begins with
order_) or invoice number (begins withDRS/); - The email address on the account;
- A clear description of the issue and any supporting screenshots or transaction details.
We will acknowledge your request within twenty-four (24) hours and decide within fifteen (15) days. Where the request is approved, the refund is processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay; the credit usually appears in your bank or card statement within five (5) to ten (10) working days.
5. Chargebacks & disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please write to us first at support@drscommunity.dev. Almost every issue can be resolved within a working day. Initiating a chargeback through your bank before contacting us delays resolution and may result in suspension of your account under Clause 9 of our Terms of Service.
