Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and Clearview Financial Services, a sole proprietorship having its principal place of business at A-904, Nirmal Complex, Sayaji Road, Navsari, Gujarat 396445, India ("DRS Skills", "we", "us"), which owns and operates the website drscommunity.dev and the digital products offered through it (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, by signing up for an account, or by purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Service is not directed at children.

2. Account & Sign-in

The Service uses passwordless sign-in: you enter your email address and we send a one-time code valid for a limited time. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the email account associated with your DRS Skills account. Anyone with access to that inbox can sign in. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your email account.

3. The Service — Lifetime Membership

The Lifetime Membership is a one-time purchase that grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, perpetual license to download and use the digital skills, micro-applications, code, and related materials (collectively, the "Content") made available in the catalog at the time of and after your purchase, strictly for your personal or internal business use.

"Lifetime" means for the operational lifetime of the Service. We make no commitment as to the duration of the Service. If the Service is permanently discontinued, your downloaded Content remains usable subject to its individual license, but no further downloads or support will be provided.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Invoice

The Lifetime Membership is offered at ₹69 (Indian Rupees Sixty Nine only) plus Goods & Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate (currently 18%), for a total payable of ₹81.42. We will issue a GST tax invoice to the email address associated with your account immediately after a successful payment. Our GSTIN is 24KGNPS5993D1ZM.

Prices may change at any time. Any change will apply only to purchases made after the change; it will not affect any existing membership.

5. Payment Processor

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, an entity regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's terms of use. We do not store any card number, UPI handle, or banking credential — only the transaction metadata (order id, payment id, amount, timestamp) returned by Razorpay.

6. No Refund

The Service consists of digital goods delivered instantly upon successful payment. As a result, the Lifetime Membership is non-refundable except in the limited circumstances set out in our Refund Policy. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have read and accept the Refund Policy.

7. Permitted & Prohibited Use

You may use the Content for your own personal or internal business use, and you may modify it for that purpose. You agree NOT to:

• Resell, sub-license, rent, lease, or redistribute the Content, in whole or in part;
• Publish the Content (or substantial extracts of it) on any public website, repository or marketplace;
• Share your account credentials, OTPs, or downloaded files with any third party;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices included in the Content;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including infringement, fraud, or money laundering;
• Probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

Where an individual item of Content includes its own license file, that license governs that item to the extent it conflicts with this clause.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service and in the Content belongs to Clearview Financial Services or its licensors. These Terms grant you only the limited license described in Clause 3 and Clause 7. No other rights are transferred.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or chargeback abuse, redistributed Content, or used the Service to violate any law.

10. Disclaimers & Warranties

The Service and the Content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹81.42, whichever is greater. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Content.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riot, government action, internet or power outage, or failure of third-party services such as Cloudflare, Razorpay, or Resend.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Navsari, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to the parties first attempting to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation and the grievance mechanism described in Clause 17.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

17. Grievances & Contact

In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

We will acknowledge any grievance within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt and endeavour to resolve it within fifteen (15) days.
